Welcome to Neyo Florals. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the shop

This website is operated by Neyo Florals ("we", "us", "our"), a handmade crochet business in India. Contact details are on the Contact Us page.

2. Products

• All products are handmade. Small variations in shape, size, stitch and shade are natural and are not defects.
• Photos are for reference. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and the yarn lot.
• Stock is limited. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• All orders are 100% prepaid by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app). Cash on delivery is not available.
• You must enter the UPI transaction / reference ID after paying. An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment.
• Delivery charges depend on your delivery address and location and are shared before dispatch. See the Shipping Policy.
• We may change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies to that order.

4. Orders and customisation

• Items are made to order. Please give correct colour, design and phone model details in the order notes.
• Custom or personalised products are generally non-returnable (see Return & Refund Policy).
• We may refuse or cancel an order for incorrect details, payment issues or suspected misuse.

5. Your account

If you create an account or sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information.

6. Returns, refunds and shipping

These are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

7. Intellectual property

The Neyo Florals name, logo, product designs, photographs and website content belong to us. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false orders or payment details, or interfere with its operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays, natural events or network outages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
